Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. Senator Duncan objected. The question being: "Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 248(RLS) am?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 248(FIN) Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to CSSB 248(RLS) AM? Effective Date YEAS: 7 NAYS: 13 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Frank, Halford, Kelly, Leman, Miller, Sharp, Taylor Nays: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Ellis, Jacko, Kerttula, Lincoln, Little, Pearce, Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Zharoff and so, the Senate failed to concur. The Secretary was requested to notify the House of the Senate's action and request the House to recede from its amendment.
